It depends on the program, but in general these courses are designed for professionals, executives, and business leaders looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in a specific sector. Many programs are also open to anyone who is interested and wants to delve deeper into the course topics and advance their careers.

Participants gain advanced skills, access to business knowledge, networking opportunities with peers and experts, and potential career advancement.

Executive programs are typically shorter, more focused on practical skills, and tailored to working professionals, unlike traditional degree programs, which are broader and more academic. At the end of the course, a certificate is awarded, and unlike a traditional degree, there is no alumni community, job placement assistance or mandatory internship.

Admission requirements vary by program but typically include a completed application form, a resume and the copy of an identity document. Sometimes you can be asked to write a statement of interest for joining the program or detailing relevant previous experience.

Visa requirements for entering Monaco depend on your nationality. Citizens of the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland do not need a visa for short stays. Nationals of some countries may enter Monaco without a visa for stays up to 90 days, while others will require a visa. It’s recommended to check the latest requirements with your local embassy or consulate or visit the official Monaco government website for detailed information.

Most programs require a couple years of work experience or relevant degree. However, we also accept participants eager to learn and who are interested into the course topics in order to specialize professionally.

Program durations vary, ranging from a few days to several months, depending on the course you apply for.

It depends on the program. Some are only offered in-person, at IUM, some others are online or hybrid, to accommodate different learning preferences and schedules.

Courses are typically structured around theoretical and interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions. Some courses may also require a test at the end or during the program.

Costs vary by program, depending on factors like duration, format, and content.

The fees typically include the online and/or on-site courses: the lecturers, the course materials provided, and sometimes meals for in-person sessions. You, or the responsible person, can make a payment using the details provided in the invoice. The invoice with full payment details will be issued once you have submitted your application to the program and once this has been confirmed.

Additional costs include travel, accommodation, and any required materials not covered by the fee.

Some programs offer an “early bird” discount for registrations completed before a specific date. Additionally, IUM alumni receive a 20% discount on any open program for the year 2024.

Yes, all our programs offer a final Certification that can enhance your professional profile.

Distinguishing themselves from traditional degrees, none of our Executive Programs offer career services, networking events with alumni or recruiters. However, the certificate awarded at the end of the course and the experience gained can undoubtedly give
you more chance to specialize in a specific professional field.

For some programs, the materials will be made available to participants directly on the e-learning platform, for which credentials will be created and provided specifically to those enrolled. For shorter programs, the materials will be provided in class, by email, or on a USB drive.

In-person classes are held on campus, at the International University of Monaco (14 rue Hubert Clerissi, 98000 Monaco).

Refunds are generally not provided for our programs.

However, if the program had to be cancelled or postponed by us, applicants will be offered the option to either transfer to another program or receive a full refund. Any alterations to the program will be made in writing no less than three weeks before the start of the program. If you are coming from abroad, you are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of your stay.

If the registration is cancelled by the participant, the refund policy depends on the program. Generally, cancellations made at least 1 month before the start of the program will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the program will not be refunded.
